Paranormal Investigation

The prices outlined below provide entry into Kents Cavern and full access to our facilites with the expertise of two of our knowledgeable staff members.

Included is an introduction which lasts 1 hour and consists of a tour of the caves to understand the history of Kents Cavern and orient yourself around the site & caves.

Booking & Payment

  • Deposit: Secure your date with a £300 non-refundable deposit.
  • Balance Due: The full balance is required 2 weeks before your investigation. Payments can be made by credit card over the phone or by bank transfer.

Additional Information

  • Please note that you are required to have your own public liability insurance.
  • We have a strict no-litter policy in the caves due to conservation purposes.
  • All paranormal activities to stay on the path of the caves. No access to ‘off-path areas’ to ensure the protection of the caves.
  • All attendees are required to bring a torch.
  • All marketing and promotional materials must be reviewed and approved by Kents Cavern prior to publication. Failure to provide materials for review may result in event cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Caves are a constant 15C. Requirement warm clothing and sensible shoes.
  • Café is available on-site to purchase drinks and food. Hot urn can be provided if organisers wish to bring own supplies including cups.
  • Organisers and attendees to leave the premise 30minutes after the event finishes.
  • No Alcohol Policy - For the safety and integrity of our paranormal investigations, we maintain a strict no-alcohol policy. Any guests who arrive under the influence of alcohol will be refused entry, and no refunds will be issued. Please respect this policy to ensure a safe and immersive experience for all attendees.
